We bought a air conditioner w/ heat on january this year from Feder’s Distributors and have them installed too, everything went well until last week the heater didn’t work only warm air came out, i was wondering if the warranty still on since it’s not even a year old or can you give us information about this. I need another Amana AH123E35AX,that I’vebought from you all since 2000. The last invoice # was 191381. We have an apartment quadraplex and these units are just right and when replaced, just slide right into the old sleeve. So that’s the reason we need this particular one.
